Fora is reimagining the office experience by employing premium hotel-style service and design, innovative technology and a curated approach to Resident activity. The Fora mobile app empowers Residents to connect with each other, contact the Concierge, book meeting rooms, and explore Fora events, blogs and partner offers.

THE PROBLEM

Fora's members were not using the previous app. After interviewing a panel of members, I tried to understand where the app was getting frustrating. The user journey was too complicated and didn't make sense to them. I worked on solutions to simplify the journey and make the experience seemless. I created a high fidelity prototype on InVison for members to try out before starting on final design.

THE FINAL PRODUCT

I worked closely with the developers to deliver the final product. The final UI of Fora's app is modern and elegant to suit the needs of their premium audience. My tasks involved a User Journey review and UX improvements, UI design of the app and the final assets delivery.

FORA WEBSITE information architecture

While working on Fora's app UX I also had the chance to work on their website architecture. My work was focused on the site map . The content was hard to find to users and needed to be reorganised to suit its purpose. The navigation was unclear and main CTAs didn't catch the users attention.
