THE CLIENT

Odeon is a cinema brand name operating in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Norway, which along with UCI Cinemas and Nordic Cinema Group is part of the Odeon Cinemas Group subsidiary of AMC Theatres.

THE brief

Odeon is relaunching their digital and POS system. The goals were to increase guests booking online and conversion within 12 months, by delivering a significantly easier to use end-to-end guest journey. Odeon previous app had a complex booking journey including many steps. We worked on simplifying the ticket booking journey - from 10 to 5 steps.

Along Researchers and Strategists within the Experience team, I worked as a User Experience designer to define the new Odeon app journey, with a particular focus on the a segmented digital guest journeys as well mobile first design for web, app and kiosk focused on driving frequency and yield.
